XR5 / MK2 RS External Fuel Pump Relay Trigger PNP Adapter Harness

After many years of generic solutions, the XRV CP fuel pump relay trigger PNP adapter harness provides a plug and play solution for XR5 / MK2 RS owners that want to fit large upgraded fuel pump/s being powered from a relay hard wired directly to the battery.

When adding a large in-tank fuel pump or surge tank setup, a trigger wire is required for the relay powering the new fuel pumps.

One option is to cut into the factory harness. This is the other option - a plug and play fuel pump trigger adapter harness. No cutting of the original harness. Fuel pump trigger and ground output is provided.

These connections are ready to be crimped and terminated straight onto any relay of your choice to power the coil. This harness plugs directly into the factory Focus wiring harness for a simple installation process.

Once a fuel pump is drawing 15 amps of power, the factory wiring has exceeded its potential power supply capabilities. Save the factory wiring before it melts through and damages other wiring as a result of high current throughput.

Harness is labelled for ease of identification. 12v power and 0v ground trigger wire are covered in a braided cover.

Please select length of trigger wiring - this will vary depending on the location of where you plan to place the fuel pump relay - 1-5 metre available with options varying in 1 metre lengths.
