Your purchase reserves the selected amount of time for a phone or remote support session. This time can be used to discuss your specific project, troubleshoot an issue, plan a setup, or work through technical questions.

Support can cover:

• Wiring Advice
  Guidance on wiring layouts, component selection, circuit design, and troubleshooting.
• ECU Configuration
  Assistance with ECU setup, configuration, sensors, inputs and outputs, CAN communication, and general ECU settings.
• Base File Calibration
  Assistance with base file setup and calibration for supported aftermarket ECU systems.
• Accessory & CAN Configuration
  Help configuring CAN bus keypads, displays and other aftermarket vehicle electronics.
• Engine Management Planning
  Advice on selecting and planning an engine management system and determining what is required for your particular build.
• Vehicle Setup & Troubleshooting
  Work through installation issues, configuration problems, wiring faults, or other technical challenges remotely.

How it works

Once your order has been completed, we'll contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange a suitable time for the session.

Please note: Remote support is intended for technical advice, configuration assistance, troubleshooting, and planning. Any physical installation, wiring work, tuning, or other services requiring hands on work are not included in the support session.
