Oil Pressure Switch

A replacement oil pressure switch designed to monitor engine oil pressure and trigger the vehicle's low oil pressure warning light when pressure drops below the switch's set point.

These switches don't commonly fail, but they can eventually stop operating correctly and cause a low oil pressure warning light to appear even when the engine's actual oil pressure is normal.

If you're experiencing a low oil pressure warning, it's recommended to verify the engine's actual oil pressure with a mechanical oil pressure gauge before replacing the switch. This helps rule out a genuine mechanical oil pressure issue before assuming the switch is faulty.
