Bring your MK2 XR5 window trims up to MK1, MK3 and MK4 Focus spec with these gloss black overlays! That's right, every other era Focus ST except for the MK2 received gloss black window trims. Time to change that..

These overlays are cut to fit perfectly over the top of the existing window trim pieces - looks completely OE when fitted.

These overlays are not a simple piece of vinyl. They are cut from a solid piece of 0.8mm high gloss sheet. Completely smooth finish without any dimples shown from the below plastic finish.

Quick and easy mod to fit - estimated fitting time 20 - 30 minutes.

1. Clean window trims with wax & grease remover or soapy water - let trim fully dry
2. Remove 3M backing from overlay
3. Line up and lightly place over existing window trim
4. Ensure overlay is sitting in the correct position - if incorrect peel off, reposition and repeat
5. Using a rag or cloth, continuously rub over the overlay to ensure the piece is fully adhered. Apply a considerable amount of force to ensure the piece is correctly adhered. 
6. Repeat the above steps with all overlays
7. Peel off the protective clear plastic to reveal the high gloss finish

Note: 

• Best fitted in a warm or room temperature environment (26c) - if not, use a heat gun to apply heat into the cars original trim piece
• Trims must be absolutely 100% dry before fitting
